DISCONNECTION
MCS reserves the right in its sole discretion and without prior notice to suspend and / or terminate the customer's access to the Service at any time for violating the AUP (Acceptable Use Policy). MCS also reserves the right to suspend, filter or block, and / or terminate the customer's access if the customer's account is being used to exploit or attack the service or the networks of others. If the customers account has been compromised and attempts to reach the customer and / or to have the customer repair a security breach fail, MCS reserves the right to suspend or terminate the customers service.

If the customer's access is suspended or terminated, MCS, in its sole discretion, may refuse to accept all new e-mails sent to the customers terminated e-mail address and delete the customers data stored on the service. The customer may cancel the account by providing written notification of his / her intention to do so via email / facsimile / postal mail, and give one (1) Months notice before the termination date. If cancellation is requested immediately, the customer's monthly plan fee is payable. Customer is liable for damages as a result of negligence whether willful or otherwise.



PERSONAL DETAILS
It is the customers responsibility to notify MCS of any change in Name / Address or Phone Numbers. MCS will confirm if the Internet phone number shall remain the same or whether a new Internet phone number is required. The Customer understands that they are solely responsible for determining whether a MCS Internet phone number is within their local calling area. The customer, and not MCS, is responsible for any long distance charges incurred while connecting to MCS.


MCS.NET.AU Account
All correspondence being forwarded to the customer by MCS will be sent to the customers username@mcs.net.au email account. Thus it is the customer's responsibility to check this email account regularly, we are unable to forward information to any other email address.


INVOICES
Invoices can be retrieved from the MCS website, therefore no invoices will be posted by mail. If the customer requests for an invoice to be posted by mail, a fee of $5.00 will be charged.


PAYMENT
The onus is on the customer to make sure that the account does not fall into arrears. Disconnection on overdue accounts occurs automatically. If the customer requests for the account to be reactivated once payment is received, a reconnection fee of $7.50 will apply.


OTHER CONDITIONS RELATING TO REDFOX ONLY

  1. All equipment given to customer remains the property of MCS. This includes the antenna, cabling and router
  2. MCS strongly recommends the purchase of a lightning protector. It is essential that the cabling to these devices is not altered in any way. MCS will not be held liable for any injury or damage which may be caused as a result of such modification.
  3. Any damage, either by act of nature or otherwise (this includes lightning and theft), caused to the equipment is the responsibility of the customer. Damages are expected to be paid in full, or otherwise, at the discretion of MCS. It is recommended to arrange suitable insurance for the equipment.
  4. An early termination of contract will require the customer to pay the residual amount owed (residual = # of months remaining on contract multiplied by the monthly plan fee).
  5. The costs involved because of a change of address will be the customer's responsibility. MCS does not guarantee the new location will fall within our coverage area. If service is not available at new location, the remainder of your contract will have to be paid out.
  6. Any change in plan will incur a fee of $55 per change.
  7. Any changes, repairs, cabling and/or relocation must be performed by an engineer approved in writing by MCS.
